We ask for 5-7 business days to process your order before shipment. We do not ship on Sunday or on Holidays. Please see your shipping confirmation email to track your order.

Orders shipped within the continental US have 2-7 day transit times with ground shipping. We do not offer expedited shipping.

If you are experiencing complications for your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier. For most cases, Dozed Off is unable to provide any additional information or changes to your shipment once it has left our facilities.

Dozed Off is not liable for any lost packages due to address errors. Changes to shipping addresses or any other information will not be made once an order is placed.
